Job Requirement:

1. Clinical Leadership:

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to the medical staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and evidence-based medicine.

2. Patient Care:

• Oversee and coordinate patient care services to ensure high-quality care.
• Address complex medical cases and provide expert consultation.

3. Staff Management:

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate medical staff including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
