Job Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide general medical care to patients, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
- History and Examination: Take thorough patient histories, perform physical examinations, and document findings accurately.
- Diagnosis: Utilize diagnostic tools and tests (e.g., blood tests, imaging studies) to determine the cause of patient symptoms.
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications, recommending lifestyle changes, and referring patients to specialists when necessary.
- Follow-Up: Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Conduct follow-up visits to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Emergency Care: Provide initial care in emergencies and stabilize patients for further treatment or referral to specialized care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Health Promotion: Participate in community health programs and initiatives to promote public health and prevent disease.

Qualifications:
- Education: Medical degree (MBBS) from an accredited institution.
- Licensing: Valid medical license to practice.
- Experience: Clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
