Position: MD Medicine / DNB Medicine
Location: Mayani, Satara

Salary : 3 Lakhs per Month

Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnosis: Diagnose a wide range of medical conditions using diagnostic tests, imaging studies, and clinical assessment.
• Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals to specialists as necessary.
• Chronic Disease Management: Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, ensuring regular follow-up and adjustment of treatment plans as needed.
• Acute Care: Provide care for acute illnesses and conditions, coordinating with emergency services and other specialties as required.
• Preventive Care: Promote preventive health measures, including vaccinations, screenings, and health education, to prevent illness and improve overall health.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive health strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in internal medicine through continuous education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Medical degree (MD) or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) with specialization in Internal Medicine.
• Board Certification: Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Licensing: Valid medical license to practice.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Internal Medicine Physician with strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Skills: Proficiency in managing a wide range of medical conditions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
