Position: Dermatology Specialist

Educational Requirements: MD (Dermatology)

Salary: 1 Lakhs Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with skin, hair, and nail disorders, including comprehensive history-taking, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnosis: Diagnose a wide range of dermatological conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, skin cancers, and other skin disorders using clinical examination and diagnostic tools.
• Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, topical treatments, and lifestyle modifications.
• Procedures: Perform dermatological procedures such as skin biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments, and other minor surgical interventions.
• Cosmetic Dermatology: Provide cosmetic dermatology services, including Botox, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments, as well as counseling patients on skin care and cosmetic procedures.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about skin conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and proper skin care techniques.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, oncologists, and surgeons, to provide integrated and comprehensive patient care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care provided in the dermatology department.
• Research and Development: Engage in clinical research and stay updated with advancements in dermatology and dermatological treatments.
• Professional Development: Pursue continuous education and training opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
