Position: Senior Medical Officer
Location: Gonda, Uttar Pradesh
Educational Requirements:  Medical degree (MBBS) with specialized training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care for women throughout their lives, including routine gynecological exams, prenatal and postnatal care, and management of gynecological disorders.
• Prenatal Care: Monitor the health of pregnant women, including regular check-ups, ultrasounds, and managing any complications during pregnancy.
• Delivery: Oversee labor and delivery, including performing deliveries (vaginal and cesarean), managing complications, and ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby.
• Gynecological Procedures: Perform gynecological procedures such as Pap smears, biopsies, hysteroscopies, and laparoscopies, as well as manage conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
• Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological conditions, including infections, hormonal disorders, and menstrual irregularities.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, contraceptive options, and preventive measures.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, midwives, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Emergency Care: Provide emergency care for acute gynecological conditions, including managing obstetric emergencies and gynecological trauma.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and adherence to protocols to enhance patient care quality.
