Position: Senior Officer, Orthopedics

Educational Requirements: MS/ DNB/ MD
Experience: 3 years
Salary: 1-2Lakhs Per Month


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Care:
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, dislocations, arthritis, and other orthopedic issues.
    • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans, including non-surgical and surgical options.
  2. Surgical Assistance:
    • Assist senior orthopedic surgeons in performing surgical procedures.
    • Participate in preoperative planning and postoperative care for surgical patients.
    • Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and surgical protocols.
  3. Patient Management:
    • Provide follow-up care to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation plans.
    • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  4. Emergency Care:
    • Provide emergency orthopedic care, including the management of acute injuries and trauma cases.
    • Participate in the hospital’s on-call rotation for emergency orthopedic consultations.
  5. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and professional standards.
  6. Professional Development:
    • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedics.
    • Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
    • Engage in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of orthopedic practices.
  7. Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
