Position: Senior Officer, Orthopedics

Educational Requirements: MS/ DNB/ MD
Experience: 3 years
Salary: 1-2Lakhs Per Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, dislocations, arthritis, and other orthopedic issues.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including non-surgical and surgical options.
- Surgical Assistance:
- Assist senior orthopedic surgeons in performing surgical procedures.
- Participate in preoperative planning and postoperative care for surgical patients.
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and surgical protocols.
- Patient Management:
- Provide follow-up care to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Emergency Care:
- Provide emergency orthopedic care, including the management of acute injuries and trauma cases.
- Participate in the hospital’s on-call rotation for emergency orthopedic consultations.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and professional standards.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedics.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of orthopedic practices.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
